The design of the new Motorola MILESTONE 2 is simply fantastic. In fact it more elegant in terms of its design compared to the previous model.Its handset looks really beautiful. Pros and Cons
The major improvements in Motorola MILESTONE 2 compared to its predecessor includes its 1 GHz processor, Android 2.2 (Froyo) and the 8 GB of internal storage. The Motorola Milestone 2 is similar in many ways to the Motorola Defy in terms of its advanced functionality along with a stylish and aesthetically appealing unit that has already proved to be a popular choice with the consumers.

The Motorola Milestone 2 runs the latest version of the Google Android software, version 2.2. This supports Adobe Flash Player and voice-to-text controls. To compose emails or text messages this way, all you need to do is to simply press the microphone icon and start speaking your message. This Smartphone is capable of translating your voice into text, so you don’t have to worry about the accuracy of your typing. Isn’t that simply great!

Not to forget, it has also got a great touch screen and QWERTY keyboard which facilitates its users with the best of both worlds, i.e. easy, spontaneous navigation of the user interface, and efficient and speedy text entry. In spite of its elegant design and an improved keyboard, overall the Motorola MILESTONE 2 is not so much of an improvement on its predecessor.  This model is criticized for its tatty-looking, bloated MotoBlur widgets, average battery life, poor video file support and for many the keyboard is a little too small to be convenient to send a lot of SMS, emails, or spend lot of time surfing the internet.

Motorola Milestone 2 is also criticized for its dual flash 5 megapixel camera, according to the users it is flat and mediocre, and the 720p HD video isn’t a market leader. Even its battery life is not considered to be too good. Its RAM is only 256 as compared to 2 GB in Blackberry which is really disappointing.

Overall, the Motorola MILESTONE 2 not only offers a great operating system, superb MotoBlur facilities but also comprehensive range of media features. It is indeed a highly versatile smart phone which makes use of advanced powerful software and innovative hardware.
